About the Editors:

Karoon Agrawal, MS, MCh, is currently a Senior Consultant of Cleft, Hypospadias, and Plastic Surgery at National Heart Institute, New Delhi, India. He is also currently the Chairman of Institute Ethical Committee at Institute of Pathology (ICMR), New Delhi, India. He is the founder Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cleft Lip Palate and Craniofacial Anomalies and has more than 150 publications in national and international journals and chapters in books of repute.

Lokesh Kumar, MS, MCh, FICS, is Senior Director and Head of Department of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery at BLK Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi, India. He was Ethicon visiting Professor in Aesthetic surgery in 2012 and has been a visiting Professor at various National and International Universities.

Kuldeep Singh, MS, MCh, is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, India. He has a special interest in nonsurgical rejuvenation of the face, and is an invited faculty in many International and National conferences.

K. Ramachandran, MS, MCh, MNAMS, is Consultant, Aesthetic Surgery at Chennai, India. He was the Past President of the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon and President of Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons of India.

Rakesh Kalra, MS, MCh, is a Plastic Surgeon with concentration of work in Aesthetic Surgery at his private set up at Dehradun, Uttrakhand, India. He is the President of Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, Assistant National Secretary (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and Life Member of Association of Plastic Surgeons of India. He is the Founder Member of IMA Blood Bank Society of Dehradun.

Anil K. Garg, MS, MCh, FISHRS, is a Plastic Surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS). He is currently the president-elect for the Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons of India. He has written numerous chapters in various books pertaining to hair restoration and is also a Co-editor of a book on hair transplant.
